'In Touch' - the newsletter for the former pupils of St. Hugh's
Are you receiving copies of ‘In Touch’?
If not, then we do not have your up to date postal or email address. Please send them to us and we will add you to our mailing list. Our alumni database is increasing all the time and we are always keen to hear from former pupils.
Do you have any memories or photographs of your time at St Hugh’s?
We have had lots of letters with memories and anecdotes and these are always fun for other old boys and girls to read. Do please write or email with any stories you may have which would be of interest to others or might bring a smile to their faces.
Would you like to join the Alumni Association?
Please contact us for an application form.
Have you lost touch with old friends?
If so, please do let us know and we will try to put you in touch or pass on messages.

| It is incredible to think that a year has passed since the last edition of ‘In Touch’. At that time we had just said goodbye to Derek and Verena Cannon (now enjoying their retirement in Cumbria) and welcomed Andrew Nott as Headmaster, with his wife Sarah and their children, Elizabeth, William, Henry, George and James. They have now become very much a part of the St Hugh’s ‘family’ and two of their sons have attended the school during the year. William has now moved on to Abingdon, whilst Henry has 3 more years with us and his younger brother, George, has started in Reception. |

Our Centenary Journey
Oh what a year this has been! Our journey
has taken us from 1906 Chislehurst to
the Carswell of today. We have journeyed
physically by train and bicycle, emotionally
as we have remembered times past,
and intellectually as we have researched
both the history of the school and life
beyond it throughout those 100 years. We
have had lots of company along the way:
pupils, staff, parents and governors of
today, former pupils and their families
and former staff from across the years.
Reports follow on an exciting year. |
