Spring Term 2026

Catering at St. Hugh’s is run in-house by a dedicated team. They create weekly changing menus that focus on healthy, balanced meals, using local suppliers and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Everything is cooked fresh from scratch, with much made in-house – including daily sourdough baked from their much-loved three-year-old starter culture, affectionately named “Fred”.
