School Receptionist (Part Time)

Are you a polite and enthusiastic person with excellent administrative skills? If so, we would welcome your application for the position of School Receptionist and Administrator at St Hugh’s School.  This role is pivotal as you will act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school as well as supporting colleagues and pupils throughout the school day.

The hours of work are 8am – 12.30pm term time only.  You will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the school reception, as well as supporting all departments with wider administrative functions.  The successful candidate will be welcomed into an enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working team.

We are looking for conscientious lifeguards to work in the wonderful pool facility at St Hugh’s.

You will need to be available on a weekly basis from Monday, 26th April 2021 for any of the following times;

Monday Lifeguard x 1: 15:15 – 18:45

Friday Lifeguards x 2: 15:15 – 18:45

There is also the potential for more work over the holiday periods.  All candidates must have a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). Previous experience would be helpful but is not essential.

The salary will be £11 per hour.  Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a pool competency test on Sunday 25th April between 14:00 – 16:00.
