The evening begins at 7.30pm where there will be a champagne reception in the Rose Garden before dinner commences shortly after 8pm. We will be providing a glass of champagne on arrival, but guests should bring all other food and drinks.

The theme for the evening is the ‘Roaring Twenties’. We encourage guests to come in black tie with an optional 1920s twist.

After dinner, a spokesperson from The Mulberry Bush will speak about the charity we are supporting before the live auction begins. The silent auction will go live in the run-up to the event and throughout the evening. The Gatsby Girls will be performing at various points including teaching a Charleston after the auction. There will be a DJ until 2am and a free photo booth.

Parking is available on site from 7.20pm. Any cars remaining on site overnight should be collected by 6pm the following day.

We’d like to remind you that you are welcome to collect or have delivered ‘take-away’ food from local restaurants but please note, the cut-off time for orders to arrive on the night is 8.15pm. A dinner plate, a side plate and cutlery as well as a wine and water glass (and a champagne glass from the Reception) will be provided for each guest. We kindly ask that guests take all picnic waste home at the end of the evening. The Ball Committee will be decorating each table, and your table number will be confirmed the week of the Ball.

No percentage of the ticket price has gone to The Mulberry Bush.

Please send any enquiries to Kitty Duncan.
